Customer Payment Safety Guidelines.
To safeguard our customers, all SLD & GPS booking deposits and payments must be made only to the Company’s official bank account under the name GLOBALGPS MARKETING SDN BHD.
The Company will NOT request payments to:
- Personal bank accounts
- Third-party accounts
- Any account not under the Company’s name
Any payments made to non-official accounts shall be at the customer’s own risk, and the Company shall not be liable for any loss or dispute arising from such transactions.
🔹 Dealer & Installer Notice
The Company may appoint authorized dealers or installation partners to provide services. However, all SLD-related payments (including deposits and full payments) must be made to the Company’s official bank account.
The Company does NOT authorize any individual or dealer to collect payments via personal accounts.
Unless otherwise officially stated in writing, any payments made to dealers, installers, or third-party accounts shall be at the customer’s own risk, and the Company shall not be liable.
